When you define a geometric primitive, the only thing that happens
immediately is that the information about the geometric primitive is stored
in an internal database.
When you say doit in the section -eigenvalues or in the section
-fdtd, the mesh is generated on the fly.
When you display the mesh-filling via the section -volumeplot,
the mesh is also generated on the fly.
